With more than 25 years of Real Estate sales experience, Susan Barefoot is celebrating her 20th year selling new homes in Central Florida.
For the past 2 years, Susan has represented Engle Homes building new communities in Lake County. As a member of the Sales and Marketing council at Mid-Florida Home Builders Association, she has earned the MAME Sales Person of the Year Award, Multi-Million Dollar Sales Awards and is a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM).
Meet: David Monast, Sales Professional
David has 16 years experience in new home sales in Central Florida. For the last year he has represented Engle Homes at Sawgrass Bay. His strong knowledge of the building industry and excellent customer service make David one of the top new home sales associates in Central Florida.
Born in Rhode Island, David moved to Florida with Patti, his wife, and 2 children. They current reside in Celebration Florida.

Jay, a native Floridian, has over 12 years of building experience in Central Florida. Having been with Engle Homes for the last 5 years, Jay is an excellent example of Engle's knowledge and experience of building Florida homes for Florida buyers. With a consistent record of delivering zero defect homes to happy home buyers, Jay Horn is truly Sawgrass Bay's best asset. He resides in Clermont with his wife, Sharon and 2 children.
